Refund and Service Policy

We are a microenterprise that uses a print-on-demand service, which means products are only made after they have been ordered. While this does allow small businesses like us to operate, it makes it impossible for us to provide refunds if a customer mistakenly orders the wrong size or model of an item. 

It’s also important to realise that we utilise several numerous providers and manufacturers to deliver the best possible products and pricing to our customers. This will often result in different items arriving at different times, even if they were placed as part of a single order. Unless stated otherwise, these products will all be delivered via standard shipping.  

We are very happy to provide a full refund if a product is faulty or has any type of manufacturing defect, within 30 days of purchase.
